Why it matters

Built for the document work NDIS teams actually do

Privacy-first redaction

Permanently remove participant names, addresses, plan numbers and other sensitive details before sharing files externally or for audits.

No extra software or licences

Everything runs in the browser. No desktop installs, no per-seat PDF editor costs, and every staff member can use the same tools.

Audit-ready by design

Every action is tied to the staff member who performed it, with timestamps and automatic cleanup of temporary files.

One place for everyday document tasks

Compress, merge, split, rotate, watermark, convert and protect — without jumping between multiple apps or websites.

Accountability

Every compress, redact, merge or conversion is tied to the staff member who ran it. Output files are timestamped and automatically deleted after a set retention window — so you stay audit-ready without the file clutter.

Common questions

Document Tools FAQ

Can I redact participant names and plan numbers?

Yes. You can permanently black out specific words or phrases, or select exact areas to redact by hand. The redaction is irreversible.

Are the files stored permanently?

No. Temporary files are automatically deleted after a set retention window. Only the actions themselves (who did what and when) are kept in the audit trail.

Does this replace Adobe Acrobat for our team?

For the majority of day-to-day tasks — compressing, merging, splitting, redacting, watermarking and converting — yes. Most teams no longer need a separate desktop PDF editor.

Is there an audit trail for every action?

Yes. Every compress, redact, merge, conversion and other action is logged against the staff member who performed it, with a timestamp.

Can staff only access the tools they need?

Access is controlled through the Admin Tools permission system. You decide exactly which staff members can use Document Tools.
