We were running a provider on six subscriptions and a filing cabinet.
NDIS Tools didn't start as a product — it started as an internal system built to stop one provider's team from bouncing between a PDF editor, a booking spreadsheet, a paper incident register and a separate HR tool just to get through a normal day.
Once it covered document handling, bookings, incident reporting, participant services, board governance, support tickets, admin permissions, rostering and HR in one login, it stopped feeling like an internal tool and started feeling like something other providers were quietly asking for too.
That's what's being opened up now — the same system, running the same day-to-day operations, made available to other NDIS providers.
