One file per page

Split a PDF into single pages, with a ZIP of every page

Break a multi-page PDF into separate single-page files in one step. Download every page together as a ZIP, or download just the pages you need. Handy when a scanned batch needs to be filed page by page.

Split PDF

Choose a PDF and split it into individual pages.

When one big PDF needs to become many

Scanning a stack of paperwork usually produces one long PDF. Filing each page against the right participant or record then means pulling the file apart by hand. Splitting does that in a single step so each page can be filed, shared or checked on its own.

How it works

How to split a PDF into pages

  1. Open Split into Pages from Document Tools.
  2. Choose the PDF you want to split.
  3. Click Upload & Split PDF and wait for the file to finish processing.
  4. Download all pages as a ZIP, or click a page thumbnail to preview it and download that page on its own.
  5. Unzip the file and check the pages before you file or share them.
Why it matters

Built for batch scans and page-by-page filing

Every page in one ZIP

The ZIP contains every page of the document as its own PDF, however long the file is.

Preview and pick single pages

Thumbnails of the pages are shown so you can find the page you need and download it on its own.

Your original stays intact

Splitting produces new files. Your original PDF is not changed.

Need only some pages?

Use Extract Pages to pull selected pages into a single new PDF instead of one file per page.

Accountability

Every action is tied to the staff member who ran it and timestamped. Output files are automatically deleted after a set retention window, so you stay audit-ready without the file clutter.

Common questions

Split PDF into Pages FAQ

What do I get when I split a PDF?

A ZIP file containing each page of the document as its own PDF.

Can I download just one page?

Yes. After splitting, click a page thumbnail and download that page on its own.

Why do I only see some page thumbnails?

For long documents the preview shows the first 60 pages. The ZIP always contains every page.

What is the difference between splitting and extracting?

Splitting creates one file for every page. Extracting lets you choose specific pages and puts them together in one new PDF.

Will my original file change?

No. Splitting creates new files and leaves your original untouched.

Who can use it?
