Drag pages into order

Rearrange and delete PDF pages by dragging thumbnails

See every page as a thumbnail, drag pages into the right order and delete the ones you do not need. Then download a tidy new PDF. Works on a computer with drag and drop, and on touch devices with arrow buttons.

Rearrange Pages

Drag thumbnails to reorder, click a page to enlarge it, or delete pages you do not need.

Documents rarely arrive in the right order

Merged packs, batch scans and documents assembled from several sources often have pages out of order, blank pages or pages that should never have been included. Fixing that usually means opening a desktop PDF editor that not everyone has. A visual page view makes the fix quick enough to do before you send.

How it works

How to rearrange pages in a PDF

  1. Open Rearrange Pages from Document Tools.
  2. Choose the PDF and click Upload PDF & Show Pages.
  3. Drag thumbnails into the order you want. On a touch device, use the arrows to move a page. Click or tap a page to enlarge it.
  4. To remove a page, click the cross on its thumbnail and confirm. Use Undo Delete if you change your mind.
  5. Click Arrange & Download PDF to create the new file, then download it.
  6. Use Reset Everything to start again from the original order.
Why it matters

Built for tidying a pack before it goes out

See before you decide

Every page is shown as a thumbnail, and you can enlarge any page to check it.

Reorder and delete together

Move pages and drop the ones you do not need in a single pass.

Forgiving

Deleting a page asks you to confirm, deletions can be undone more than once, and Reset Everything starts you over.

Works on touch devices

Arrow buttons replace drag and drop on tablets and phones.

Accountability

Every action is tied to the staff member who ran it and timestamped. Working files are automatically deleted after 1 hour, so you stay audit-ready without the file clutter.

Common questions

Rearrange PDF Pages FAQ

How do I change the order of pages?

Drag a thumbnail to a new position. On a touch device, use the arrows to move a page.

Can I delete pages?

Yes. Click the cross on a page, confirm, and it is removed from the new file. You can undo deletions.

Will my original file change?

No. You download a new PDF with the pages in your chosen order, and your original is untouched.

Can I preview a page before moving it?
