A lot of providers end up paying for a PDF editor, a rostering app, an incident register, a board portal and an HR tool, each billed separately. Some platforms also put features behind higher plans or charge for add-ons. With NDIS Tools there is a single price per user, and it covers every tool in every area below. When we build a new tool, you get it at no extra cost.

NDIS Tools is not payroll software and does not have a live Xero integration. Invoicing and NDIS claiming are coming soon, but are not available today. Rosters can be exported for many payroll providers, with SCHADS pay estimates that you should always check against the Fair Work Pay Guide. NDIS Tools covers the day-to-day operations around claiming and payroll: documents, bookings, incidents, participant services, governance, support, permissions, rostering and HR. Until invoicing and claiming arrive, keep using your current system for them alongside NDIS Tools.

Not entirely. NDIS Tools covers documents, bookings, incident reporting, participant services, governance and board tools, support tickets, admin and permissions, rostering and HR. Rosters export timesheets for payroll software such as MYOB, Xero, Employment Hero and QuickBooks Online Payroll, but NDIS Tools does not run payroll itself. Invoicing and claiming are coming soon and are not available yet, so many providers use it alongside the systems that do that today.
